Το Περιφερειακό Ταμείο Ανάπτυξης Κεντρικής Μακεδονίας, για λογαριασμό της Περιφέρειας Κεντρικής Μακεδονίας συμμετέχει στις Θεματικές Ομάδες Εργασίας (Thematic Working Groups -TWG) στο πλαίσιο της ένταξής του στο δίκτυο Pilots and Fellows της Πρωτοβουλίας Κυκλικών Πόλεων και Περιφερειών “Circular Cities and Regions Initiative –CCRI”.
Η Πρωτοβουλία “Circular Cities and Regions Initiative” (CCRI), η οποία ιδρύθηκε από την Ευρωπαϊκή Eπιτροπή ως μέρος του Επιχειρηματικού Σχεδίου Κυκλικής Οικονομίας, υποστηρίζει τα συμβαλλόμενα μέλη στην προσπάθειά τους να υλοποιήσουν τη μετάβαση στην κυκλική οικονομία στις πόλεις και στις Περιφέρειες της Ευρώπης. Η δράση “CCRI Pilots and Fellows” είναι ένα δίκτυο με περισσότερες από 30 ευρωπαϊκές πόλεις και Περιφέρειες που υλοποιούν τη μετάβαση σε τοπικό και περιφερειακό επίπεδο.
Οι τέσσερις Θεματικές Ομάδες Εργασίας της Πρωτοβουλίας “CCRI” επικεντρώνονται στα εξής θέματα:
1. “Κυκλική Διαχείριση Πόρων”,
2. “Βιομηχανική Συμβίωση και Κυκλική Οικονομία στις Βιομηχανίες”,
3. “Βιοοικονομία” και
4. “Δόμηση και Κυκλικά Κτίρια”
Το Περιφερειακό Ταμείο Ανάπτυξης Κεντρικής Μακεδονίας συμμετέχει στη Θεματική Ομάδα Εργασίας σχετικά με την Κυκλική Διαχείριση Πόρων.
Οι εναρκτήριες συναντήσεις των ομάδων πραγματοποιήθηκαν διαδικτυακά το Μάρτιο του 2023 και η έναρξη των δράσεων αναρτήθηκε στο Newsletter της πρωτοβουλίας CCRI για τον Μάρτιο του 2023.

The Regional Development Fund of Central Macedonia, on behalf of the Region of Central Macedonia, participates in the Thematic Working Groups (TWG) in the framework of its membership in the network of “Pilots and Fellows“ of the Circular Cities and Regions Initiative (CCRI). The Circular Cities and Regions Initiative (CCRI), established by the European Commission as part of the Circular Economy Business Plan, supports its members in their efforts to implement the transition to circular economy in Europe’s cities and regions. The action “CCRI Pilots and Fellows” is a network of more than 30 European cities and regions implementing the transition at local and regional level.
Four Thematic Working Groups were established, focusing on the topics of:
- “Circular Resource Management”,
- “Industrial Symbiosis and Circular Economy in Industries”,
- “Bioeconomy” and
- “Construction and Circular Buildings”.
The Regional Development Fund of Central Macedonia participates in the Thematic Working Group on Circular Resource Management.
The kick-off meetings of the Thematic Working Groups took place online on March 2023 and the launch of the activities was posted in the CCRI Initiative Newsletter for March 2023.
